Question 1

How does the subscription work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a plan, complete onboarding, and add briefs to your private queue. We handle active tasks in priority order, with parallel work available on eligible plans.

Question 2

How quickly can we start?

Accepted Answer

Most clients receive portal access and a team match within 24 hours, then submit their first brief the same day.

Question 3

Is there a long-term commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans are month to month and can be paused or canceled without a long-term contract.

Question 4

Can I submit several briefs at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add as many briefs as needed and set their priority. Your plan determines how many can be active at the same time.

Question 5

Can you take over an existing design or codebase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We review the current files, document risks, and agree on a migration plan before changing production work.

Question 6

Which project tools do you support?

Accepted Answer

The Designcoffers portal is the default workspace. We can also coordinate through Slack, Jira, Linear, Trello, Asana, and GitHub.

Question 7

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Focused design tasks often take about 24 hours, while pages and interactive flows usually take two to five days. Larger builds are delivered in reviewable milestones.

Question 8

Can you handle urgent work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mark the brief as urgent so we can review the deadline and reprioritize the queue. Priority handling depends on the plan and current workload.

Question 9

What counts as one request?

Accepted Answer

A request is one clearly defined outcome, such as a landing page, packaging concept, API endpoint, or campaign asset set.

Question 10

How do revisions work?

Accepted Answer

Revisions are included. Leave comments, annotated screenshots, or video feedback in the portal and we will update the work.

Question 11

Do you work on weekends?

Accepted Answer

The production team works Monday to Friday. The portal remains available at all times for briefs, reviews, and feedback.

Question 12

What quality checks happen before delivery?

Accepted Answer

Code is linted and checked across target viewports. Visual work is reviewed for alignment, brand consistency, and correct export settings.

Question 13

What is the difference between plans?

Accepted Answer

Marketer Growth covers design, packaging, campaigns, and brand work. Studio Booster adds software, mobile, 3D, and priority queueing.

Question 14

Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades begin at the next billing cycle.

Question 15

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

There is no free trial. New subscriptions include a 15-day money-back guarantee under the refund policy.

Question 16

Are there extra costs?

Accepted Answer

The monthly fee covers requests, revisions, and source files. Hosting, paid fonts, third-party services, and premium licenses are separate when required.

Question 17

Can I pause my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pausing preserves the unused time in your current 30-day cycle for a later restart.

Question 18

Do you offer longer-term or team pricing?

Accepted Answer

Quarterly plans receive 10% off and annual plans receive 20% off. Larger teams can request pricing for additional parallel capacity.

Question 19

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Stripe supports major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Quarterly and annual agreements can also use bank transfer or supported stablecoins.

Question 20

Will I work with the same specialist?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A consistent designer or engineer handles the day-to-day work. You can request a different match if the project needs another skill set.

Question 21

How do we communicate?

Accepted Answer

Use the portal for briefs, files, comments, and video feedback. Slack integration and email notifications are also available.

Question 22

How do you handle time-zone differences?

Accepted Answer

We aim for at least four overlapping business hours and use clear asynchronous updates outside that window.

Can our developers work directly with your designers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Direct collaboration is encouraged for handoffs, specifications, implementation reviews, and design-system work.
